"Fully met Expectations! After reading the comments on the website I was under the impression that I would not be disappointed with Jesmonds, accommodation, food and customer service - and I wasn't! What a change to find a hotel with great service, fantastic staff and a wonderful ambience... breakfast and the excellent touch of fresh orange juice, real coffee, fresh pastries and the cooked breakfast was delicious.
